I’ve been investing for 10+ years. I don’t believe in "hustling" for the sake of it. I believe in designing structures—both physical and financial—that serve a purpose. My journey in property began with a goal to build a legacy that allows me to be live a life on my terms, and be free.

Early in my journey, I lived in London and drove 4.5 hours each way to my investment area.

I specialise in a niche that most investors find inaccessible: Emergency and Temporary Accommodation.

As a former Preferred Supplier for Local Authorities, I have navigated the complex regulatory and procurement landscapes required to provide ethical housing solutions at scale. I bridge the gap between private capital and the public sector, ensuring that property portfolios are not only profitable but are providing a vital social service.

How We Can Work Together

1. Emergency Housing Consultancy (£250 per hour)

I consult on how to transition existing portfolios into the social sector, from winning council tenders to ensuring full operational compliance. We can deep dive into your existing portfolio to discuss its suitability

2. BESpoke Sourcing (£3,000 per deal)

If you have the capital but lack the "100-deal-a-year" system, I can help. I often have more properties than I can take on and source properties with high-yield and high-potential (generally BRRR) for a select group of investors, who perhaps don’t have time for the commute. I have the systems, the area know how and the power team to help.

We can jump on a 60-minute call to:

  • Stress-test your next deal.

  • Audit your business systems.

  • Map out your transition from 9-5 to investor/business owner.

Please Note: I work very limited hours, valuing freedom and time with my children. My coaching and sourcing slots are therefore strictly limited. When I am traveling or working on Maya projects, my bookings do turn off. If you see a slot available, grab it while it’s there :-)
